Diet tips people try to follow almost always amuse me:)
I went in to start up a conference call for my boss while he was finishing up something else. The new sometimes bitchy/ass-kissing manager was sitting there (gosh I shouldn't call her that, she's been really nice today). She was eating a package of four low-fat cookies from the vending machine. I've occasionally eaten those if I'm having a low-blood sugar problem or skipped lunch, etc. I asked her if she had missed lunch, also. "No, I had a sandwich earlier. I've heard I should end each meal with something sweet, to help me feel more full."
Um, okay. If I ate four cookies, in addition to my meal, I'd feel more full, too:)
