The Simple Definition

A girlfriend of mine has read a lot of in-depth explanations of ADD /ADHD.   Duh, the simplified version just might work best.   In a nutshell, generalizing and with caveats, et al, ADD is the mind all over the place, and ADHD is the mind AND body all over the place.

    I've heard, of course, Adult ADD but I wonder how often there is an Adult ADHD.  I never see adults jumping around like my Sam does.  I hope at least the H disappears for him after a while.
