ASL Dictionary

A visual (small video clip) dictionary for American Sign Language (ASL):  http://www.aslpro.com/cgi-bin/aslpro/aslpro.cgi

I'm going to use this link!  Thanks, Dan, from his new blogpost blog: The Wisdom of a Distracted Mind: Now: the Annual End of the Month Slush Dump.

  1. Thank you for the links! Sign language is a good thing to learn! :o)

  2. This is so cool Robin. My neighbor's are deaf. When they moved in five years ago, we were conversing by writing on a note pad, and I said "Guess I'll have to learn sign language". Well, being the lazy ass that I am, I haven't made the effort. I was picturing muddling through a bunch of diagram books. This thing is so slick. I'll just learn a few words here and there, and surprise them when I can string together a couple sentences. Thanks. I know it may seem like a silly thing, but this means a lot.'

  3. Sorry for the late comments. Some journals I havn't been able to access.I don't do sign launguage but being patialy deaf myself I am a very good lip reader.I will take a look at this link when time allows Thanx a million.Have a brilliant week/end.Thankyou for your lovely thoughtful comments in my blog.Much Appreciated.Take Care Be well God Bless .
